What’s Next

Thanks for checking out this toolkit! We hope these resources and materials support your efforts to measure and strengthen your base-building and leadership development work. We’ve emphasized that this is an organizational journey that requires building buy-in, collaboratively developing metrics, and then designing a data infrastructure grounded in aligned practices and systems.

We’re planning to do more. We’re partnering with People’s Action to build out new tools and infrastructure that can support this work. Our goal is to make these tools and metrics portable, so that other organizations can put them to use in their own contexts. We’ll share those tools and resources widely when they’re ready. We’re also contributing to the growing body of work around metrics that connect base-building and leadership development work to long-term impact.
