S3

The S3 class heavily reliant on the ``boto3`` python package. It includes a suite of common methods that are commonly
used with S3.

In order to instantiate the class you must pass valid kwargs, or have a aws config file stored locally, or store the following
environmental variables:

* ``'AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID'``
* ``'AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY'``
